| Description | We offer a custom meat cutting and packing service for crofters, farmers and stalkers in our registered premises at Rogart, Sutherland. We cannot accept home-kills, but will collect from the abbatoir at Dingwall. Sheep and pigs only, no cattle as we haven't the capacity. Deer from approved larders only. We will cut and vacuum pack to customers individual requirements. Basis charges are: Handling fee £10.00 per carcase. Cutting charge of £1.35 per kilo for full carcase weight and we will chill hang at a charge of £1.00 per day. Please 'phone to discuss. |
